Life is sometimes overwhelmingly heavy. The seemingly random moments of increased heart rate and shortness of breath. The feeling of drowning (and sometimes floating) that fogs your mind. The inability to make a clear decision - or just rushing through a decision because you can’t think clearly anyway. The having to backtrack because “Wait..what just happened?” The lack of appetite and sleepless nights. The increased appetite and the deepest sleep after the tears. It's all just exhausting. How much would you treasure having a clear mind again? To be able to recognize all the little good moments that take you by surprise. To cherish your relationships with others. To cultivate a healthy relationship with yourself. To sprinkle more optimism into the realism in how you see the world. To breathe and really see the world around you and know you will be okay. The first step can be difficult; it will also be rewarding. You deserve peace and a safe space to find it. This moment is the right time. Please feel free to call or email me when you’re ready. You’re welcome to ask questions and decide whether I may be the right fit for you. I’m here when you’re ready.
