Children: Growing up can be hard, Can you hear them? They can hear you when they want to. Are they listening? Are you listening? Children just want to be heard. They see you? Do you see them? They just want your attention. Our children knowing how to communicate and understanding how to express their emotions effectively. I want to take a look at life through their eyes, offer new skills & perspectives, and empower your child to face challenges & overcome obstacles. I have been working with children, adolescents and young adults for 20+ years. I have learned to create a safe relaxed space where they are free to express themselves. I focus on supporting clients to creatively turn their anxiety into coping skills, missed connections into secure relationships, and problematic behaviors into strengths and resiliency.
