About

“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.” Viktor Frankl. I am passionate about helping individuals realize that they have the power to choose growth and freedom. I enjoy helping individuals find their identity, self confidence and the greatness within themselves. I have experience helping individuals work through depression, anxiety, life transitions, spiritual issues, grief and trauma. I work with preteens, teens, and adults.

I strive to provide a safe space that allows individuals to explore what growth and freedom would look like in their lives and how they can achieve it. I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused to help individuals work through the things that they are carrying that keep them stuck.

I believe that being seen and heard is a key part of the therapeutic process. I will walk along side you in your journey to learning about yourself, developing new ways of coping, and finding that freedom that enables you to live your most authentic life. I believe in the power of you and what you can achieve once you believe in it too.
