I am Shereka S. Shaw, a License Professional Counselor for the state of Georgia. I have over 10 years of experience working with those who struggle with managing their emotions due to depression, anxiety, or past traumatic events. With the use of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and high encouragement to engage in more self-care, I assist clients like you in developing skills that decrease levels of stress, as well as, anxiety and depression-related symptoms.
