I have nine years of experience as a therapist and mental health assessor. I have worked in community mental health agencies and a mental health hospital. I empower women, teenagers, and children to overcome trauma, reduce anxiety, reduce depression, control mood, and control ADHD. My late brother led me to want to be a therapist.
