Sad, exhausted, tired, worried, unhappy, fearful. I often hear these words in and out of the counseling room from both the young and old. Our world around us can challenge our ways of thinking, feeling, and living, in ways we often do not like. Sprout Counseling works allow you the space to process your feelings, and provide you with the tools to manage the emotions you experience. I provide counseling to teens through adults, as well as premarital and marriage counseling. Issues that I specialize in treating are depression, anxiety, eating disorders, grief/loss, divorce, parenting issues, and adolescent issues. ***Currently I am not taking any new clients.
