I am a part of the Help and Hope Counseling team. I can see clients in person at the Mesa office location or I'm available statewide via Telehealth. My background is in Child Welfare where I've had the opportunity to serve one of Arizona's most vulnerable populations for 5+ years. Life is a journey that takes us down many roads, some lead to beautiful destinations, others to those pesky turnarounds and occasionally, we find ourselves spinning our wheels. Feeling stuck? View 6 Photos My specialties include working with individuals who have experienced Trauma, children and adults with ADHD, mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Sand Tray Therapy. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, acknowledging the interconnection of mind, body, and spirit. I also have experience in crisis response with first responders and in veterinary social work. I am passionate about providing a safe, judgement free, and empathetic experience for individuals to overcome barriers of anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief.
