I love working with individuals to overcome challenging times. Challenging times include navigating life during a pandemic, life transitions, relationship difficulties, parenting struggles, criminal proceedings and dealing with stress. Saturday appointments available. I have extensive experience working with both men and women involved in Federal Pretrial Services and probation. I am supervised by Trisha A. Mendez LMFT 43520. I offer a safe nonjudgmental space in which you can explore options to cope with life challenges through the process of art. I use psychotherapy in conjunction with art as a way to explore your inner self. I offer a variety of art medium such as pencil, crayons, paper, canvas, paints, clay, sand and glass. The beautiful thing about using art as a therapeutic tool is that you don't need to be an artist to engage in art therapy you simply need to be open to the process.
