A focus in treatment is to clarify inner issues and to establish a more mindful approach to daily life My focus during client sessions is self-awareness and understanding. Over time, your sense of self becomes deeply established and your sense of an internal center strengthened. For more than three decades, I have been offering diverse supportive services at the Westport Growth Center and in the community.
