About

Life does not come with a manual. We have all faced life's challenges, with some being more difficult than others. These challenges have shaped who we are and how we interact with the world around us. However, we can work together to change the outcomes of these experiences, build coping skills, and empower you. The journey of healing can be complicated and nonlinear. My passion lies in empowering individuals to overcome obstacles whether addressing addiction, depression, anxiety, or life transitions. I strive to foster resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful connections toward a life of fulfillment and well-being.

As a licensed counselor, I hold an LPC credential. I have a master's degree in professional counseling from Grand Canyon University, certification in Addiction Counseling, and an ongoing pursuit of grief counseling. Using a blend of psychotherapy and psychoeducation I draw from different theories depending on your life stage and personal counseling goals.

We all have a desire to have a life filled with joy and feel like we can be our authentic selves. Deciding to seek help can be difficult, frightening, and stressful for you. Finding the right therapist is the most important part of your healing journey. Are you ready to take the first step? I am committed to helping you every step of the way.
