About

I work with individuals and couples who are dealing with personal issues, marital difficulties, communication with their partner, life transitions, family conflict, career obstacles, anxiety. In a safe, confidential, supportive space I help clients to better understand themselves and their situations. I am an interactive therapist who listens well and asks questions to make you think and see your issues in a different way. We explore patterns, reactions and experiences. We understand how the past informs the present and how present challenges can be a moment for change.

I have an extensive career, experience, and training. I am empathic. Each individual I meet is different. Therapy modality understands that and is based on who you are, your situation, what you need, and how we get there. The modalities I work with are insight oriented, psychodynamic, cognitively, mindfully, and somatically based.

Life can get difficult. Sometimes we need help. The goal of therapy is to gain understanding, feel good about ourselves, enjoy healthy relationships, have tools to make changes where and when necessary, feel relief, and take positive steps toward a fulfilled successful self, present, and future. I look forward to working with you.
