I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with 9 years of experience in the mental health field. I have primarily worked as a therapist in Laramie and Cheyenne, WY. I have served a diverse population of clients struggling with a variety of mental health difficulties and needs including depression, anxiety, childhood disorders, and trauma. While my licensure is in marriage and family therapy, I work with the entire lifespan including children as young as 3 and adults as young as 90. I am specialized in treating obsessive compulsive and related disorders (OCD, trichotillomania, hoarding, skin-picking, etc) and am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention. I work with individual adults, adolescents, parents, couples, families, and have training/experience that focuses on the parent-child relationship and child behavioral problems. I think one of the bravest and often most difficult things that a person can do is seek help. I am grateful and honored for the opportunity to help my clients achieve their mental health goals, overcome difficult experiences, in order to have a greater quality of life.
