About

I work well with clients whom are finding it difficult to move through life transitions due to symptoms of anxiety or depression. Sometimes, when facing numerous adversities, this can make sustaining responsibilities and values very difficult. If you are feeling like there is an unexplainable void that prevents you from expressing freely your authentic self, then I am the right therapist for you. I thrive in an environment that assists clients in rediscovery of self through increasing mindfulness, purpose of life, and clarifying values that ignite commitment towards self-transformation.

I use an integrative approach intended to help with all of your major stressors. I enjoy using mind-body connections in order to process the issues at hand. I also tend to be very honest and gentle, yet direct with my clients. I work easily with adults and older adolescents.

I want you to feel very comfortable and welcomed in sessions. I’ll joke when it’s time to joke, and be serious when it’s time to be serious. I do not and will not judge you.
