I work with clients who are ready to regain joy, feel better, and move forward from the past. Clients who are ready to take the next step in their healing journey, but might need a little help along the way are typically a great fit. I use a strengths-based perspective to help improve the skills clients already have in order to help them create a happier and healthier life for themselves and/or their families. I offer my services to children, teens, and adults who are seeking help for grief and loss, trauma, depression, and anxiety. I am a trauma-informed therapist who works with individuals, children, and teens. My approach integrates compassion, straight-forwardness, and strengths-based work. I work primarily with depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief. I am EMDR trained to work with children, teens, and adults. I offer a safe space for self-exploration, reaching goals, and healing. I love helping clients navigate life's challenges and cultivate positive change. I am passionate about working with grief and loss, as well as navigating parental illness. I am devoted to trauma-informed care and helping clients move forward from pain.
