About

Wanting to move toward being the best and most authentic version of yourself? Just needing a bit of help or push? I'm here to do just that in an open-minded, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment! I believe the counselor and client relationship is a collaboration where the client’s experiences and feelings are combined with the counselor’s tools and knowledge- to help facilitate movement forward while processing the client’s past. I do this utilizing a multitude of evidence based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and person-centered therapy; among others!

I have experience in working with all different populations including individuals, couples, children, adolescents, LGBTQ and diverse cultural backgrounds. I specialize in anxiety, depression, bipolar, grief, trauma work, PTSD, domestic violence and other relationship issues, and substance abuse recovery.

I am passionate about helping people, motivated to give clients the necessary tools, and will provide an open environment to facilitate your personal growth so please feel free to reach out to me and let me help you on this journey!
