Being a human in today's world is extremely hard, but as Danielle Doby wrote "none of this was meant to be done alone." Seeking help is among the most brave and important things we can do for ourselves. I specialize in helping young adults and adults navigate struggles related to trauma or PTSD, depression, suicidal ideation, self-harm, life transitions and women's issues. We all experience hardship at some point in our lives, but I am here to walk with you through it, so you don't have to do it alone. I tend to use an eclectic approach that is often a mix of various techniques. However, I often draw on person-centered, trauma focused, feminist, and narrative techniques as I am passionate about helping my clients recognize they are so much more than their struggles, while also empowering them to feel in control of their own life. I am also trained in ART. Being a human in today's society can be hard. There are many systemic issues at play that have a huge impact on how we live our lives. I am interested in getting to know you as a whole so we can identify not only how the world is impacting you, but how you want to impact the world.
