About

The foundations of respect, non-judgment, and strength are powerful values that are needed in a therapeutic relationship. Through unconditional self-acceptance, impact, and change, you are the driving force in your life. As a collaborative counseling professional, my belief is that anyone seeking counseling should be treated with respect, dignity, and genuine care while highlighting strengths. My goal is for you to gain skills and make empowered choices that improve your well-being, relationships, and ability to overcome challenges.

My name is Sheila Woods. I have been in the counseling field for 10 years. I am board certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NCC), with a BA in Psychology and an MA in Community Counseling. I also have extensive training in individual and family counseling.

I would love to meet with you, wherever you are in your life, to help you get to where you’d like to be!
