About

My intention is to provide a supportive and attuned therapeutic relationship that invites you to safely explore your experience in life with curiosity, kindness and acceptance. You might be aware of a specific issue you'd like to work on, or perhaps you are impacted by a more general perception of yourself as somehow flawed, inadequate, unworthy, unloved, or like you just don't belong. I focus on helping people in these areas as well as problems related to depression, anxiety, attachment/relationship issues, self-esteem, shame, LGBTQ+ issues. I believe in a holistic, client-centered approach to counseling.

During our sessions I will help you pay attention to your present experience as an opportunity to notice your beliefs, emotional patterns and habitual self-limiting states. We will work together to help you become more aware of yourself and discover possibilities for choosing a more fulfilling and satisfying relationship to yourself and others.

I honor your unique inner wisdom and use mindful, experiential and somatic approaches to therapy to assist you in discovering more of your truth. I bring my warm presence, sense of humor and compassionate heart to this work and provide a safe, non-judgmental space to welcome people from all walks of life.
