About

If you struggle with anxiety and depression, you may have a difficult time feeling connected to others. Feeling isolated and alone can lead to unhealthy coping skills. We all experience times when we feel stuck, hopeless, or overwhelmed. You don’t have to stay trapped in these negative patterns and feelings. I have extensive experience working with tweens, teens, and adults and provide a safe space where individuals can be themselves and feel heard and valued.

My approach to therapy is person-centered, meaning that I meet you where you are and work with you based on your unique needs. I am neurodiversity affirming, and have lived experience with ADHD. I also like to work with women with ADHD, as well as those diagnosed later in life.

My values as both a therapist and a person include honesty, trust, authenticity, compassion, and empathy. I want you to feel a sense of hope that things will get better, that change is possible, and that you can find happiness in your life. You’re not alone. I will guide you through the process of finding joy again.
