About

I work primarily with young adults with challenges such as anxiety, neurodivergence, self-esteem, and life transitions.

Prior to becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade working in the special education system, primarily with Autism and ADHD. This experience is something I bring to my work with young adults facing unique challenges. Additionally, I have certifications in domestic violence and tech addiction.

As not only a therapist, but a fellow human being, I believe we are all born with value. Life can be full of obstacles and challenges such as trauma, addictions, disorders, and injustices that can make it difficult to feel that value. I strive to support clients in identifying their strengths and overcoming obstacles so that their inner greatness can shine.
