I am a Colorado native and do my very best to live up to the stereotype! I love everything outdoors and try to spend as much time outside all year round, as I can. I am married and have two dogs, as well as a baby girl on the way. I enjoy reading, crocheting, doing jigsaw puzzles and spending time with family. My Bachelor's is from the University of Colorado, Boulder, in Psychology & Neuroscience and my Master's is from Argosy University, Chicago. I am a licensed addictions counselor in addition to my LPC, and have spent most of my career working with individuals who are using substances. I also have training in treating trauma including EMDR, and am officially trained to do EMDR as of March 3rd! I have worked with clients of all ages, and would like to continue this trend. I am so happy you've decided to add therapy to your self-care regimen! In working with me you can expect to have a co-pilot along on your journey, who will challenge and encourage you to step into the best version of yourself.
