Therapy is a place where you can understand yourself at a deeper level. You will be able to realize how things work in your life and ways of changing things up to make you feel better. I will listen closely to your story and together we will come to an understanding of how you are making things work and if something is not working we will come up with other, more helpful ways to cope with situations. I work with adults, children, and adolescents. As adults communicate with words, children often communicate through their play. With children, I observe their play and over time we talk about ways of making them feel better. It is important in therapy that you feel comfortable and safe. My goal is to provide a space where we can understand your world and those relationships that make up your world to help you feel better and shift things to work more smoothly for you.
