I have been working with adults, couples, youth, and families in the Casper area for over twenty years. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Nationally Certified Counselor, specializing in individual, couples and family therapy. I maintain a private practice in Casper, Wyoming. Life can be a challenge to navigate; I enjoy helping people work through situations and issues that can seem insurmountable. I look forward to supporting my clients through difficult periods in life and guiding positive strategies for change. I provide telehealth services in AZ, ID, KY, MI, MN, MO, ND, OR, PA, TX, WA, WI, WY! I work with a broad spectrum of disorders and life transitions. Among my areas of expertise are supporting clients while working through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss. I also work with individuals navigating relational issues as well as anger management. I provide parenting support, family and couples counseling. I am an interactive, solution-focused therapist. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients.
