About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia who has been in the mental health field for over 8 years. I graduated from The University of Georgia (Go DAWGS!) where I double majored in Human Development and Family Science and Psychology. I continued my training at UGA and obtained my Master’s of Education in Counseling Psychology. I have experience working with adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, addiction, and family issues. I see myself as a conduit for helping people learn more about themselves and discovering their next steps to move forward in life.

I currently offer both in-person and telehealth options and frequently do a combination of the two. I see clients individually, as couples, and as families. I use a person-centered style and throw in some Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well. I believe therapy is similar to holding a mirror up to yourself - its an opportunity to see who you really are.

I see my main responsibilities as a counselor as being open, honest, ethical, and asking meaningful questions. I believe that clients must also be open, honest, and willing to put in some work and self-reflection in order to see results. If I seem like a possible fit for you, please reach out to me. I look forward to serving you.
