We have a lot in common. As human beings, we are innately creative, generous, and resilient. But life offers itself to us on its own terms, and change is inherent to our experience. We know this, but we can still find ourselves caught in the noise, struggling to make sense of our experience, and cut off from the embodied wisdom within us. When we find ourselves at inflection points – suspended between what was and what is yet to be – we all sometimes fray into uncertainty and overwhelm. Integrative therapy is about reclamation. With care and skillful attention, we begin to recognize what has been there all along - often unseen, obscured by the intensity of modern life and our lived experiences. My approach blends somatic mindfulness with interpersonal neurobiology, attachment theory, family systems, and positive psychology. Presence is medicine — our path to listen inwardly. The essence of my work is to welcome and accompany your therapeutic process. My clients are individuals, couples, and families seeking support and real solutions. We create a supportive container to move through regressive patterns, trauma, and loss - and open new possibilities for growth and healing.
