Are you someone that has been struggling with substance abuse or ADHD? Battling these disorders are very difficult and lots of support along with motivation is needed. As the serenity prayer states "The courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference;" I am a fond believer that knowledge is power and when we know better we can do better. I can assist in helping you learn more about yourself while gaining the courage and wisdom to tackle this day by day. We will identify and help you practice strategies to create the changes you are seeking. I provide individual therapy services to adults with substance abuse issues. I also can assist adults and parents with ADHD education and coping skills. I believe that noone has been in anyone else's shoes. We all have our challenges. I do my best to understand the challenges that you have been dealing with. Help you to develop healthy coping skills in order to improve your situation. Also assist you in reducing distress and learn to navigate through those challenges day by day.
