About

I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. You are more capable than your fears and limiting beliefs try to make you believe. Compassion, support, patience, and attentiveness are what is necessary in helping others on their journey to mental wellness. I find it fulfilling to be a support to clients as they transition from being burdened by their limiting beliefs and challenges to being fully empowered, confident, and capable of living life on their terms, in their control. It creates such a positive shift and we all are deserving of that level of freedom.

I have an eclectic style of therapy, meaning I like to incorporate multiple approaches to assist clients in their journey. Some of the more common approaches I use are Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Trauma-Informed.

I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, grief, relationship issues, major life transitions, trauma, and abuse. It takes a great amount of courage to start the journey of unpacking and addressing unresolved issues, and I commend you for taking the steps towards mental wellness.
