Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, major life changes or school issues, I am here to help. I am a culturally responsive therapist that aims to empower clients to gain or regain control of their lives. I work with clients through various stages of life including childhood, adolescence and adulthood. Together, we will build on your strengths and establish useful tools for the next stage on your journey. I draw from multiple psychological theories and therapeutic modalities including but not limited to Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, etc. and individualize plans to meet the needs of each client. Asking for help can be difficult, but just by searching for a therapist, you have taken the first step. I believe it is essential to provide a safe space for clients to be heard, understood and validated. Then I will work with you to take the next steps on your journey. When you're ready, contact Shauna-Kaye for a free phone consultation.
