The person most likely to benefit from sessions is looking to make changes in their life, and is open to looking at him/herself for the purpose of growing in self-understanding and self-mastery. There are times when the change is as singularly focused as one's own perspective. Exploring one's own strengths, areas of need and personal values often become the frame within which healthy and appropriate options are identified to resolve problems and make peace with life again. There is nothing more important than relationship; and being in right relationship with oneself and with those in our life. In addition to private counseling agency, my professional experience spans the market settings to include the private business and financial industry; federal and state agencies; hospital and in-home health care; public and parochial primary and undergraduate college education; and resident mediation services in a retirement residential facility.
