About

My hope and passion are to destigmatize struggles and help you take hopeful steps toward healing and growth. As you allow me the privilege of walking with you, my goal is to provide a warm, empathetic and safe environment for you to explore patterns of thoughts and behaviors. I build a strong therapeutic alliance to help you feel comfortable and confident in session, and will always meet you where you're at. Through my clinical experiences, I have worked with clients of diverse backgrounds and am passionate about providing culturally competent care. View 4 Photos

I believe every client is unique, so I tailor my approach to each client from a variety of cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic modalities. I am experienced in a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, relationships, women’s issues, abuse and trauma, multicultural/ethnic issues, and faith integration, including Christian counseling.

I know pursuing therapy is an empowering and daunting step, and finding a therapist you connect with and trust is a big part of treatment success. Please reach out to me to me to ensure that we’re a good fit. Or, if you’re ready to schedule an initial session, I would love to hear your story!
