I aim to get to know you and your strengths, needs, and desires. I offer a safe, supportive space for you to heal, grow, and change. I believe that you are the expert in your own life. My ultimate goal is to help you help yourself. I want to guide and support you as you navigate life's journey and the challenges along the way. I work with adults and teens ages 13+. Together we will identify goals and create a plan to help you process past experiences, learn new ways of doing things, and develop strategies for coping with adversities. I utilize a variety of modalities including CBT, ACT, and mindfulness in order to meet your individual needs and personal goals.
