Are you feeling alone, lost and stuck in the same continuous cycle ? Do you struggle with anxiety, intimacy and sexuality ? In many cultures we are told to suppress our emotions and forced to deal with our pain on our own. I am here to help support you along your journey of self discovery and assist you with addressing past traumas while helping you with creating positive connections . I offer talk therapy, virtual sessions, and help clients identify barriers to pleasure and address concerns that are contributing to dissatisfaction. Individual and partnered therapy sessions offered. Every client is unique and special . I use a client-centered based model to address each individual needs . I have experience working with trauma , couples counseling and family relationships as well as sexual orientation, gender identity, sexual dysfunction and women related issues. It is okay to not be okay . There are people who care . I aim to be a safe space for you to allow you to be yourself and feel heard.
