About

Therapy is a really sacred space. It is so important that spaces in which we are vulnerable are safe spaces. Here you are building and strengthening your relationship with self, your thoughts, emotions and actions. My approach is very compassionate and motivational. I really love what I do."We delight in the beauty of the butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty. " - Maya Angelou

My practice helps clients with various challenges including anxiety, depression, and relationships. I assist with boundaries, people pleasing, life stressors and emotional dysregulation by providing person-centered treatment. I utilize the Humanistic approach along with modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, etc.

This is a very warm and attentive space. A judgement free zone, as we are all human and figuring out life. Therapy is self-care. I intend for my sessions to be very nourishing. Lets get you started.
