About

Life is a journey with ebbs and flows. Whether you're enjoying the highs of life, facing a low point, or somewhere in between, therapy always adds value and helps to ground us no matter where we are on that journey. As it is often said, healing isn't linear and it's an ever evolving process. The more we seek to heal ourselves, the more it shifts and impacts our relationships with others. And I hope to walk alongside you on your journey to a healthier you and healthier relationships.

As an MFT-trained therapist, my therapeutic framework is rooted in systems theory. What that means is I believe that we understand self within the context of our foundational relationships with others. I work with individuals, couples and/or families from this framework to help them to build healthier relationships with themselves and others.

My intention is to create a non-judgmental safe space for my clients. Healing lives outside of your comfort zone. But my job is to meet you where you are, help you navigate the process at your own pace, while gently pushing you to grow. Healing takes work, but if you're ready for the journey I encourage you to reach out.
