I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Brief Solution-focused techniques in guiding my practice. I believe we all have obstacles that we can overcome, it’s just a matter of how we manage them. By incorporating coping skills and self-care as a priority in the healing and learning process we are working to shift gears in the right direction. My passion has always been to be a change agent in people’s lives. While life can be difficult to navigate, my goal is to assist in helping to carve out the right path with tools and techniques to meet life challenges.
