Welcome, I have the highest regard for the struggles you or your family have been facing. I see counseling as a process that, you and I as the counselor, come to understand and trust one another to explore and develop goals for an improved life. I offer a confidential atmosphere in which therapy is a cornerstone. When you experience issues and feel you are at a stand still in life, I am here to offer hope and tools to help you discover the strength within yourself. I work with commitment and diligence just as you do in the counseling process. I work with adolescents and adults; and provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families. I have experience working with addictions, duel diagnosis, career/academic concerns, anger, marital/ relationship problems, infidelity, parent-child issues, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, mandated clients, life adjustments, and Trauma/ PTSD.
