About

I have a passion for helping clients navigate depression, adjustment difficulties, interpersonal issues, and the lingering effects of childhood traumas. I enjoy holding space for individuals on journeys of self-discovery, providing a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel safe to explore and grow. I feel a strong connection with clients who embrace the beautiful messiness of being human. Whether you're someone who took an unconventional path or are a young adult working on self-discovery, together, we can delve into the ways past experiences shape your current life.

My style is collaborative, client-centered, and infused with humor. I believe in bringing my authentic self to each session, creating a safe, warm space where clients can feel seen and understood. As a biracial woman of color, I feel privileged to empathize with the experiences of multiple communities and the challenges that come with this.

I use an integrative approach tailored to each client's unique journey. Drawing from CBT, DBT, psychodynamic principles, narrative therapy, and solution-focused techniques, I aim to create a flexible framework that adapts to your specific needs. My special interests lie in exploring narratives, mindfulness, and building healthy, meaningful relationships.
