About

Therapy invites us to explore the experiences that shape us: our history, the relationships we’ve built, the challenges we've faced, and the strengths we've developed. Through this introspective process, we can uncover sources of meaning in our lives, find fulfillment in our personal connections and gain new perspectives on the stories we carry with us. As a therapist, I aim to provide a supportive space where you can courageously explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion.

I am accepting new clients and work with individuals (18+) and couples. With training in a variety of evidence-based practices, I will approach your needs in a collaborative and personalized manner. I work with a range of concerns, including interpersonal difficulties, life transitions, older adults, chronic and terminal illness and grief.

I am currently a provisionally licensed mental health counselor working under the supervision of Erin Stronach, PhD.
