About

As we grow, we all experience transitions and challenges - both internal & external - that can shake our core beliefs about ourselves, our relationships, and our sense of belonging and purpose in this world. I am passionate about helping people work through difficult times or process past experiences to rebuild their sense of self worth, develop healthy coping skills, and confidently move towards a fulfilling and authentic life. As your therapist, my goal for all my clients is to discover effective and sustainable approaches for managing your emotional and mental wellbeing. No matter where you are on your journey, you deserve peace.

I have extensive experience in trauma focused therapy, child and adolescent development, and family systems theory. Additional areas of focus include perinatal mental health, parenting education, grief work, and substance use disorders. I work with many trans and gender non-conforming individuals, and I am committed to queer and gender affirming treatment.

Mental health support should not always require a disorder or diagnosis. We all have mental health, and we can all benefit from exploring it, understanding it, and taking care of it. Whether this is something acute or chronic, new or reoccurring, I am happy to help. Contact me for a free 15 minute phone consultation. I look forward to hearing from you!
