About

As an LMSW with a focus on trauma, families, and children, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges and heal from past wounds. With over four years of experience working in residential treatment, I have gained deep insight into the complexities of trauma, emotional regulation, and the impact of family dynamics. I work with children, teens, and young adults, including those transitioning to college and those in the LGBTQ+ community, to build resilience, self-awareness, and emotional well-being.

Many clients struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges, often affecting emotional regulation, identity, and life transitions. I help individuals understand their emotions, break unhealthy patterns, and develop healthier coping skills. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered on your healing journey.

Using trauma-informed and evidence-based practices, I create a safe space for clients to explore their feelings, gain insight, and build essential skills. Through CBT, mindfulness, and attachment-based strategies, I focus on emotional regulation, healthy coping, and strengthening support systems. My goal is to help you feel grounded, empowered, and resilient
