About

Attempting to raise children and teenagers in this world is tough. At times, it feels like you're in a constant battle. Their mental health worries you, but you fear you're saying or doing the wrong thing. Nothing seems to be working, and you don’t know what else to do. Or maybe you’re a young adult/college student trying to figure out who you are and what your place is in this world. You don’t know how to be an “adult”, and that leaves you feeling anxious and overwhelmed. I am passionate about walking beside you in that journey.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S) with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary. I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults struggling to manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, and trauma, as well as building self-esteem and finding their identity.

The decision to enter therapy can be a challenging one, especially if you've spoken to professionals before and left disappointed. You're tired of feeling tired, helpless, and overwhelmed. You know there's more to life than mere survival. If you're ready for something new, please contact me for a free 15-minute consultation.
