In my practice, I provide individual, family, couples, and group counseling for ages 4-60 years of age. I have high levels of competence ranging from behavioral/conduct issues, adjustment disorders, high functioning Autism, blended family/divorce issues, ADHD, self esteem issues, relational aggression/bullying, anxiety, depression, Bipolar and other mood disorders, personality disorders, substance abuse, marital issues/relational issues, life transition and a myriad of other complex challenges. My wide range of experience for the last 16 years with all populations has allowed me the opportunity to develop clinical competence with a multitude of issues with all ages. My passion and most specific area of expertise is working with Complex Child and Family Cases. The utmost critical factor in counseling is the relationship you have with your provider. Genuineness, transparency, and a sense of humor create a strong foundation for success in my clinical work. Immediate engagement and the use of an integrative approach quickly prepare my clients for movement in their journey.
