About

Feeling stuck, uncertain, or overwhelmed in your healing journey? Whether you are new to therapy or have been working through challenges for years, I’m here to offer a compassionate, trauma-informed, & integrative approach to healing. I specialize in helping individuals who may be grappling with trauma, anxiety, grief, depression, or life transitions. These may stem from emotional wounds, relational issues, or a sense of disconnection. Together, we will explore tools and therapies that help you reconnect to & reclaim parts of yourself that may have been neglected or abandoned, & empower you to live the life you want.

I am a relational therapist using a holistic approach, integrating traditional methods, parts work, mind-body, & somatic techniques. For clients interested in exploring alternative methods, I offer ketamine-assisted therapy. My goal is to create a collaborative, safe space where clients can explore and get curious while honoring their autonomy.

If you’re seeking a therapist who holds space without judgment, is fully present, & who understands the connection between our minds, bodies, & the world around us, then I may be the right therapist for you. If you're ready to live with intention & authenticity, I encourage you to reach out for a consultation so we can explore how we might work together.
