Are you struggling to adjust to a new transition? Are you feeling overwhelmed by expectations of yourself and others? Life can present us with new challenges that can often feel overwhelming and isolating. With acceptance and understanding, you can develop tools and strategies to manage the effects of anxiety, depression, grief, and uncertainty. My passion is in supporting clients who are struggling with rigid expectations of themselves/others, healing from traumatic experiences, and in transition. I use a client-centered approach in counseling. This means that I believe you are the expert of yourself. Sessions are open, non-directive, and collaborative between us. I also utilize Psychotherapeutic Yoga and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) in sessions. I am grateful for the opportunity to support individuals of all backgrounds, religions, cultures, sexual orientations, and gender expressions. I look forward to connecting with you soon!
