About

My areas of clinical work include anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transition, and substance use issues. I am also passionate about supporting clients with borderline personality disorder and bipolar disorder. Whether children, adolescents, or adults I am dedicated to helping clients establish boundaries, create healthy coping skills, and build resilience. Ultimately, my desire is to help my clients become more grounded and experience life to the full.

I am a person-centered counselor with a background in private practice at Sparrow House Counseling. I also counseled children and adolescent students at Whitehouse ISD. In addition to a person-centered foundation, I draw upon psychodynamic and CBT techniques, ensuring a tailored and effective therapeutic experience.

I believe that healing happens in the context of relationships, and am dedicated to cultivating a welcoming environment where you can come as you are and we work toward your goals together. It takes great strength to decide to come to counseling and it would be a joy to come alongside you and work toward healing.
