About

I am excited to work with you in seeking more effective ways to cope with personal struggles and find the tools to thrive. I provide a safe and respectful space where you can explore unhealthy patterns that keep you stuck from living your most authentic life. By identifying your personal values and reframing unhelpful thoughts, we will explore ways to create direction, purpose, and change in your life. I use playfulness, curiosity, and laughter to support the therapy process. I also lean towards a more goal oriented approach so expect to have “therapy homework” outside of session to focus on!

I have over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. My areas of expertise include working individuals who: struggle with eating disorders & disordered eating, body image, trauma, anxiety, depression, low self esteem, and life transitions (going to college, graduating, breakups, getting married, moving, and adjusting to life in Seattle).

Feel free to email me to set up a 15 minute phone consultation to discuss your goals, how I can help, and go over scheduling. At this time I am offering telehealth sessions Monday-Thursday and in-person sessions on Fridays in Queen Anne. I look forward to seeing the positive changes you’ll make!
