About

Are you looking for a therapist who can help you feel more authentic and connected in your life? I have over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults helping manage emotions, improve relationships, and overcome traumas. My role is to help you discover your inner wisdom, strengths, and resilience through a collaborative and compassionate style that emphasizes safety, curiosity, and empowerment. Together, we will explore your emotions and patterns of behavior in a non-judgmental and supportive space.

I specialize in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), DBT, and mindfulness. These therapeutic models are a combination of attachment theory, emotion regulation, CBT, somatic experiencing and mindfulness. I also have extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals

I have a deep respect for your unique identity and experiences, and I am committed to providing a safe environment for you to heal and grow. I also have a certified therapy dog as part of my practice upon request. Look forward to connecting and hoping to guide through healing, self discovery and transformation.
