Life can be messy. Therapy can be a way to help you navigate the challenges and begin to understand why you may feel stuck or what might be causing your important relationships to suffer. Starting therapy can be both daunting and exciting, and finding the right therapist is key. Together, we will create a space of trust and connection. We will explore what feels most pressing for you right now, as well as look back at old patterns and early dynamics that may be holding you back from greater happiness and ease. My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and non-judgmental. I bring a spirit of creativity to our work & believe a strong client/therapist relationship is key for change. I view each person I work with as unique, considering your personal life experiences. Together, we will establish an environment of curiosity where all of your questions and thoughts are welcome, & significant choices and meaning-making can happen. I have over 12 years of clinical experience as well as post-graduate training in psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, and EMDR. I am committed to providing affirming and anti-racist therapy to all; individuals, couples, BIPOC, trans & LGBQAI identities. The mind/body connection is important to me and I use mindfulness techniques to address anxiety if helpful.
