Depression, anxiety, life changes/transitions, caregiving, trauma, and codependency, can make it feel impossible to connect with yourself and your own needs. Teens struggle with stresses pertaining to social media, bullying, school, family and peer pressure, drug and alcohol use, and gender or sexual orientation (LGBTQI+) identity. I help you find ways to (re)connect with your Self to be able to find your inspiration and pursue your desires and dreams. Working together, I can support you to develop effective ways to cope with difficult life stresses, learn skills to be more grounded, and and heal from past traumas. I help you with developing your awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and body sensations, connecting with different parts of yourself - even the ones that seem scary, deepening your self-compassion, and healing from your past. I do this through using mindfulness and Brainspotting, which helps you process difficult emotions and traumatic experiences. My goal is to aid in your journey from survival to safety, growth, and health. I have a calm, compassionate yet direct approach. My purpose is to support you to ease your suffering and heal your heart. I help you find your inspiration and purpose to move forward.
