I am passionate about helping adults with mental illness. I have a passion for helping these individuals learn how to navigate life’s challenges. The majority of my clients struggle with anxiety, navigating friendships/relationships, and handling complex family dynamics. My approach is very collaborative and based upon the needs of the client, day to day I like to utilize a cognitive behavioral lens to help clients understand and see how thinking patterns can impact them on the day to day. On average, clients work with me to learn more about themselves, work on their negative thoughts, and have better boundaries. My goal is to create a safe space where people feel accepted for who they are & encouraged in their goals. I am trained in EMDR, which is a powerful tool for processing trauma and a unique offering for the teen and young adult population (as many EMDR providers only support adults). I also work with gifted and twice-exceptional indiviudals. Seeking support for your family or yourself takes a lot of bravery. I am glad that you are here and taking the time to learn more. I would be honored to join you on your journey. Please reach out to schedule a free 30-minute consultation.
